Unless prior arrangements have been made, payment is due upon completion of treatment. 100% of the fee is the patients' responsibility.

Dental plans have many variables, i.e., deductibles, percentages, fee guides and yearly maximums with different year to year dates. These variables are determined by the plan chosen by your own insurance carrier and every insurance plan has its own unique "quirks" and exceptions.

	With regard to your claims, most insurance companies are not accepting phone calls from dental offices. You will need to know where to call if your claim has not been processed in a reasonable amount of time.
